Cevan Cross-Hall moved to Oregon in 2006 after leaving the United States Army, to pursue higher education. After a period of exploration, Cevan decided to pursue a degree in the arts, his childhood passion. Focusing on Printmaking and Drawing at Western Oregon University, he graduated with honors, with a Bachelor of Visual Arts, with minors in both History and Social Sciences.

His vision is to create develop an extracurricular arts program, to offer children and young adults a place to explore varied medium and methods of artistry, to offer a creative sanctuary and encourage a lifelong passion for the arts.
